Sullivan Joins Maxwell, Wagner & Ysasaga
(September 2006) - Fort Worth attorney Daniel P. Sullivan has joined veteran attorneys Steve Maxwell, James Wagner and Michael Ysasaga to form the firm of Maxwell, Wagner, Ysasaga & Sullivan, P.C. Mr. Sullivan has worked closely with Steve Maxwell for more than five years; first with the Arlington firm of Hill Gilstrap, P.C., and later with the firms of Maxwell, Littman & Knowles and Maxwell & Knowles.

(May. 2006) - The publishers of Law & Politics magazine and Texas
Monthly magazine have named attorney Stephen C. Maxwell of Fort Worth
as a "Texas Superlawyer" for 2006. Mr. Maxwell’s listing will appear as one
of the state’s top plaintiff's personal injury lawyers in the magazines' October 2006 issue.
To create this list, more than 70,000 lawyers across Texas were asked
to nominate the best of their peers based on first-hand knowledge. A blue
ribbon panel representing more than 50 practice areas assisted in the
final selections.
No newcomer to awards, Mr. Maxwell was honored by Fort Worth Magazine
in 2003, 2004 and 2005 as an “Attorney of Excellence” and had been named
a "Texas Super Lawyer" previously in 2003, 2004 and 2005.
